Archiving data is one of the duties each ERP administrator have to perform periodically.

Many ERP systems, Baan IV too, allows to do this through periodical execution of standard sessions.

Standard means that the procedures are written to solve standard issues, but sometimes the company business requirements could differs from another company, and also any level of customization can invalidate the use of those sessions.

This tool allows to define, in a session driven way, all types of archiving procedures and to execute them, all without have to write any script.
